Our application process is designed to help us select followers of Christ with the necessary skills, experience and heart-first characteristics so that together, we can achieve God’s vision for this church/preschool as well as provide a safe, healthy and productive environment for our members, staff, students, ministry partners, and visitors.
SUMMARY OF HIRING PROCESS:
- Our hiring team will prayerfully and carefully review all completed employment applications submitted.
- Those applicants who most closely align with the position skills and requirements will be contacted and requested to enter the interviewing process.
- Applications for candidates not entering into the interview process will be kept on file.

Mission Hills Court, San Marcos, CA. 92069 (Attn: Personnel Director) or drop it off at the church office Monday – Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Attn: Personnel Director).
For Preschool Teaching positions, you must submit a Preschool application for employment.
