Summary of Hiring Process

  • Our hiring team will prayerfully and carefully review all completed employment applications submitted.
  • Those applicants who most closely align with the position skills and requirements will be contacted and requested to enter the interviewing process.
  • Applications for candidates not entering into the interview process will be kept on file.
  • All candidates must endorse Mission Hills Church Statement of Faith as presented in our constitution and bylaws.
The status of the job will no longer be listed on this website page when the position has been filled or a decision has been made to not fill the position at this time.

To Apply for an Open Position

Please submit an Employment Application  via email, via fax (760) 759-2244, via mail to: 400 E. Mission Hills Court, San Marcos, CA. 92069 (Attn: Personnel Director) or drop it off at the church office Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

For Preschool Teaching  or Aide positions, you must submit a Preschool Teacher Application for employment.
